SA CREATOR™ features over 800 sample legal clauses on CD-ROM to be used for drafting Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements and other similar procurement documents. This tool was created by lawyers who are experts in procurement to allow supply chain management professionals to customize their contracts. They can choose from a flexible menu of sample clauses, ranging from invoicing to termination to confidentiality. This newly released CD-ROM is the third in a series of legal CDs, the first two being RFP Creator™ and PO Creator™ now used by top organizations across the country.
