PO CREATOR™ features over 1,000 sample legal clauses on CD-ROM to be used for drafting RFPs, RFQs and other similar procurement documents. This tool was created by lawyers who are experts in procurement to allow supply chain management professionals to customize their competitive bidding contracts. They can choose from a flexible menu of sample clauses, ranging from format of proposal, to late bids. This newly released CD-ROM is the first in a series of legal CDs now used by top organizations across the country.
